Keryn is one half of the Living Corporation’s Balclutha team. His wife, Katrina, who manages the office there, is the other.
Their combined skills make them a formidable team who can offer a full range of services to meet all real estate needs – rural, residential and lifestyle.
You couldn’t ask for a more local lad than Keryn, who was not only raised on his family sheep farm in South Otago, but worked on it until 2009. As well, he looked after all the water and wastewater needs for Clutha District (where clients demanded immediate and thorough service), which allowed him to gather vast knowledge about the area.
Keryn has long worked behind the scenes with Katrina, helping her offer the same exceptional 24/7 service he delivered in his previous role.

Recently, the time came for us to make the next move in life to a larger property. To make this move possible we required the most capital from our existing house.
